Kiss Nail Products, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Product Manager to support the Product Manager in executing the product development process. You will coordinate between internal teams and vendors to ensure timely progress, contribute to competitor and consumer insights, and help drive product innovation aligned with brand objectives.

This role is ideal for candidates with some product development experience looking to advance into a leadership role within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required (B.A.).
• 4–8 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in product development.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Product Manager in coordinating product development tasks.
• Track development timelines and update key stakeholders.
• Support competitive product testing and performance comparisons.
• Participate in trend research and coordinate focus groups or surveys.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather insights for ideation.
• Prepare product briefs, POG submissions, and packaging specs.
• Communicate with vendors for sampling, costs, and component updates.
• Coordinate artwork routing and packaging component updates.
• Maintain product documentation and regulatory records.
• Review and track component and artwork approvals.
