Position Overview: Handle logistics liability claims for Canada, Mexico, and the USA, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and minimizing litigation and unjustified settlements.

Responsibilities

• Manage claims using transportation and freight forwarding knowledge.
• Handle financial and administrative aspects of liability claims, including reserves, negotiations, settlements, and recoveries.
• Maintain accurate claim data and generate reports for management.
• Investigate, analyze, and pursue recoveries from third parties.
• Ensure claims are processed per internal procedures.
• Conduct liability claim training for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support internal teams on claim-related issues.
• Advise on insurance policies, emphasizing cargo insurance and risk transfer.
• Manage specific claim portfolios and conduct regular updates.
