Mondelēz International is hiring a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in California. You will manage shelf displays, stock, and promotional setup for iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz and Chips Ahoy, visiting stores with a focus on visibility and in-stock conditions.

Responsibilities include ordering products via iPad, following Mondelēz merchandising steps, and coordinating with sales reps to execute plans. Must live within 25–35 miles of Thousand Oaks and be ready for early starts.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, professional, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Thousand Oaks, CA (Simi Valley, Moorpark).
• Schedule: Mon–Fri with weekend/holidays as required; start at 5 am.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with employees and sales reps to optimize product visibility.
• Conduct in-store visits and capture display photos per DSD Merchandising steps.
• Order products for shelf/display to maintain stock.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented and displays maintained.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
• Follow merchandising manager's daily schedule for efficient service.
• Support seasonal sales, displays and new product launches.
• Maintain positive, professional in-store conduct.
