Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Program Manager for the Transportation Execution team in Tempe, AZ. You will own end-to-end analysis of volume allocation across our transportation partner network and drive improvements in cost efficiency and customer experience through data-driven strategies.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, develop dashboards, and manage multiple programs with a focus on measurable impact, collaborating with Operations, Finance and Business Development to scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or 2+ years of Amazon RME full-time experience
• Proficient in Word and Excel; comfortable with data analysis
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends/nights/holidays

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute volume allocation strategies across transportation partner network
• Analyze transportation cost drivers; provide data-driven optimization recommendations
• Build and maintain performance dashboards for network health
• Manage multiple programs with measurable impact and timely delivery
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Business Development to align goals
