Motorola Solutions seeks a senior leader to drive the North America EMS materials strategy, focusing on the Mexico base and cross-functional collaboration across Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Logistics. You will lead a team, shape regional processes, and partner with supply partners to ensure optimal material flow and customer experience.

The role emphasizes strategic initiatives, risk management, and strong analytical leadership in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in purchasing, supply chain planning, materials management or related field.
• Experience managing EMS relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Spanish language proficiency is highly desired.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end supply planning for the Mexico base; potential expansion to NA EMS locations.
• Cultivate supplier relationships to ensure reliable material flow and accountability.
• Align supply plans with revenue targets and optimize customer experience.
• Lead execution of supply plans, cadences, inventory and capacity decisions.
• Design standardized planning frameworks for regional scale and growth.
• Manage 2–3 direct reports and ~15 indirect reports.
• Engage stakeholders and participate in strategic initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Identify risks and provide insights through analysis and reporting.
