Workday is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for North America Revenue in Pleasanton, CA. You will lead a high-performing team of recruiters, shaping scalable hiring plans for GTM functions and partnering across HR, Finance, and Legal to deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

You’ll drive data-driven decision making, manage priorities in a fast-growing environment, and contribute to a culture of inclusion and high performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading and developing a recruiting team; 8+ years recruiting in SaaS GTM functions.
• For Senior Manager: 5+ years leading teams (2+ years managing others) and 10+ years recruiting in SaaS GTM.
• Minimum of 4 years of management experience leading recruiters, with hands-on full-cycle recruiting.
• Must have experience with Revenue, GTM Talent Acquisition.

Responsabilités

• Team Leadership & Coaching: Manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiters with high-performance SLAs and KPIs.
• Strategic Hiring Execution: Run high-volume recruiting and design scalable hiring plans for new functions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Compensation, People & Practices, Sales Ops, Legal, Finance, and TA COE.
• Data Analytics & Continuous Improvement: Use metrics to optimize recruiting workflows and reduce Time to Fill.
• Change Leadership: Guide teams through shifting priorities and process changes.
