Aon seeks a North America CFO, Reinsurance Solutions, to partner with NA leadership on financial strategy, performance management, and capital deployment for the US, Canada and Caribbean region.

Reporting to the CFO Reinsurance, you will translate market dynamics into actionable insights, lead a high-performing finance team, and collaborate with regional CFOs and enterprise functions to ensure governance and value creation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in sophisticated, global organizations.
• Strong background in strategic finance, FP&A, performance management, and capital allocation.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in dynamic environments; insurance/reinsurance or capital markets preferred.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary finance advisor to the NA Reinsurance leadership team with insights on growth and capital deployment.
• Lead North American reinsurance operating plan and long-range planning aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Evaluate initiatives including investments, pricing, portfolio mix, and M&A for ROI and ROIC.
• Own monthly results, forecasts, variance analysis, and executive-ready materials for senior management.
• Partner on capital allocation decisions, governance, and balance sheet considerations.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team and collaborate with regional and enterprise leaders.
