Job summary

Aon’s Reinsurance North America is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to serve as senior finance partner to the NA leadership team, guiding financial strategy, performance management, capital allocation and governance across US, Canada and Caribbean markets.

The CFO will translate market dynamics into clear insights for senior leaders, lead a high-performing finance organization, and partner with corporate planning, treasury and controllership to drive value and disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior finance roles within global organizations.
• Strong strategic finance, FP&A, performance management and capital allocation experience.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in financial services, insurance or capital markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary finance advisor to NA Reinsurance leadership with insights on growth and capital deployment.
• Lead planning, long-range financial planning, and ensure alignment with enterprise objectives.
• Evaluate initiatives including organic investments, pricing, portfolio mix and M&A.
• Provide forward-looking analysis on market cycles, pricing trends, capacity dynamics and segment profitability.
