Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Quality Director to lead the Global & NA Institutional Quality Pillar within the future-state Global Quality organization. You will set standards for product quality across manufacturing, warehousing and distribution, focusing on safety, compliance, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

You will report to the VP Global Quality and oversee NA quality management, supplier and contract manufacturer quality, and customer complaints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, engineering, supply chain or related field.
• 10 years of experience in quality, manufacturing or supply chain with leadership experience.
• Experience owning a quality management system and regulatory compliance in manufacturing.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Own NA quality strategy and roadmap aligning with global quality program.
• Lead NA quality team across plants, warehouses, and contract manufacturers.
• Own and improve the quality management system and audits readiness.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, EPA, ISO 9001 and relevant requirements across NA sites.
• Manage NA quality budget and cost of poor quality targets.
• Drive reduction in customer complaints and non-conformances through root cause analysis.
• Establish quality metrics and use data analytics to guide resources.
• Collaborate with RD&E on new product introductions and specs.
• Partner with suppliers to implement strong quality programs and audits.
• Lead investigations of significant quality events and escalations.
