You will lead a high‑impact team, drive strategic initiatives, optimize launch readiness, and build strong partnerships with marketing, engineering, and regional managers to align plans with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
• 2 years of experience managing or leading teams.
• Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross‑functional programs or projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team and Pixel Portfolio product and launch duties, developing subject matter expertise to guide sales and craft executive presentations.
• Ensure clear communication of priorities, distilling complex insights for senior leadership and building strong stakeholder relationships to drive organizational alignment.
• Manage efficient business processes and lead the planning and narrative of the North American Strategic Gate reviews for senior leadership.
• Own the end-to-end launch planning program, driving launch readiness by collaborating cross‑functionally to improve processes and resolve issues.
• Forge strong partnerships with regional category managers, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure alignment between organizational plans and overarching goals.
