Job summary

Kia Marketing Communications & PR Analyst role located in Irvine supports North America’s brand initiatives, coordinating PR, partnerships, sponsorships, experiential programs and reporting between HQ and regional teams. The position emphasizes regional alignment and timely insight delivery.

The role requires 0–3 years in marketing/communications, a business-related degree, and strong communication and organizational skills, with occasional travel and Korean language proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations or equivalent.
• 0-3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Events, Partnerships, Project Coordination, or related field.
• Experience coordinating with global stakeholders and headquarters teams in a multinational environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support regional marketing communications initiatives, including PR, partnership, experiential, and CSR initiatives across North America.
• Coordinate communications and activities between HQ and North American subsidiaries (KUS, KCA, and KMX).
• Develop executive presentations, business updates, and recurring reports for management and HQ stakeholders.
• Track key projects, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely execution and reporting.
