Flint Group is seeking a Traveling Ink Technician to provide technical and operational support at multiple customer locations. This role blends ink management, color matching, and on-site troubleshooting to meet quality standards.
Travel up to 100% across North America, with potential Canada travel. Candidates should have printing/ink experience, flexographic exposure preferred, and fluency with color management software like X rite, Color Cert, or Autura.

The Traveling Ink Technician provides technical and operational support to multiple customer locations by managing ink blending, color matching, troubleshooting, inventory management, and quality control activities utilizing the Flint Group Standard Ink Management System. This role serves as a flexible resource, supporting customer operations during vacations, leaves of absence, staffing shortages, new customer implementations, business growth, and other operational needs.
The Traveling Ink Technician must be comfortable working independently in a variety of manufacturing environments while quickly adapting to new customer operations and maintaining Flint Group's high standards for safety, quality, and customer service.
