Job summary

Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc. in Cambridge, MA, is seeking a VIE - North America Commercial FP&A Analyst/Controller to join the finance team.

You will support monthly close, forecasting and budgeting, delivering dashboards and management reporting to guide North American business decisions. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Finance, Audit or Accounting with 1–2 years of financial analysis experience, fluent English, and strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Audit or Accounting.
• 1–2 years of experience in Financial Analysis or Planning.
• Fluent English.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; SAP and/or TM1 knowledge is a plus.
• Previous international experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly closing, reporting, forecasting and budget processes.
• Prepare dashboards and presentations for senior management and the NA/US Leadership Team.
• Analyze P&L, profitability and sales performance.
• Support financial planning models and reporting tools.
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Market Access, Business Intelligence and Business Units.
