Job summary

Hunter Douglas Outdoor is seeking a NA Fleet Operations Manager to lead U.S. fleet operations, driver oversight, and regulatory compliance. You will manage driver performance, ensure HOS compliance, and drive efficiency across the North America fleet.

The role reports to the Outdoor Head of Logistics and emphasizes safety, cost control, and continuous improvement in fleet systems and reporting. Candidates should bring strong leadership and analytics to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing fleet operations, transportation compliance, or related function.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA requirements and related records.
• Experience supervising drivers and managing vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day supervision of company drivers and scheduling.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with FMCSA/DOT and related requirements.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, vehicle inspections, and fleet readiness.
