The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field, and 2.5+ years of US experience, with CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• 2.5+ years of progressive financial management experience in the United States.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data.

Responsibilities

• Record to Report: prepare financial statements per US GAAP.
• Manage annual budget with variance analysis.
• Oversee cash management and investment strategies.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance at federal, state, and local levels.
• Lead and develop the finance team.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, HR and legal.
• Asset management and inventory checks.
• Oversee financial management across the Americas.
