Job summary

Amazon's North America End-to-end FP&A team sits at the center of our supply chain, shaping planning, performance, and cost structure. You will own NA Operations cost and KPI reporting, surface insights, and partner across Customer Fulfillment and Transportation to consolidate financials.

This is a high-visibility role with reviews for the VP of NA Operations. You will develop dashboards, standardize planning and reporting, and influence strategic decisions through data-driven analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science).
• 5+ years of finance, tax or a related analytical field experience.
• MBA or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic supply chain initiatives with business and finance partners using data to present trade-offs.
• Improve NA FP&A processes for consolidation of planning and reporting.
• Oversee financial reporting; validate data integrity and influence planning decisions.
• Identify data issues, improve controls, and support frugality.
• Communicate data clearly to diverse audiences and influence business decisions.
• Become an expert in your lane and model operations excellence.

Education

Bachelor's degree in finance or related analytical field
