Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Finance Manager for North America End-to-end FP&A, owning NA Operations cost and KPI reporting. You will develop insights, partner with operations and FP&A to consolidate financials, and craft the end-to-end narrative for reviews with senior leaders.

You will surface actionable insights, drive performance, and influence decision-making across Customer Fulfillment and Transportation teams, with a strong emphasis on data mining and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.
• 5+ years of finance, tax or related analytical field experience.
• MBA or CPA preferred; knowledge of SQL/ETL and data mining tools is a plus.
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis with impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic supply chain initiatives with finance partners using data.
• Improve NA FP&A processes for consolidation of planning and reporting.
• Oversee financial reporting; validate data integrity to influence decisions.
• Identify data defects, tighten controls, and reduce financial risk.
• Communicate complex finance issues clearly to executives and teams.
• Become an expert in your lane and mentor new team members.
