Qualifications

• 8+ years of accounting experience in public accounting and/or corporate finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience with acquisition accounting and integration processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisition accounting and support integration of acquired businesses.
• Oversee North America sales tax compliance.
• Support month-end close and management reporting.
• Partner with tax, legal, and corporate finance teams.
• Support external audit and SOX compliance.
