Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a dynamic Consumer and Shopper Insights leader to drive growth for SodaStream North America from our Purchase, NY base (3 days/week). You will lead a small team, partner with marketing, and design multi-year learning plans that translate consumer insights into actionable business strategies.

You will mentor two direct reports, enable agile insights, and collaborate with global teams to import learnings into North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or MS a strong plus.
• 7-10 years of proven experience in Insights, Consumer Research, Analytics, and Strategy.
• Proven expertise in both qualitative and quantitative consumer research techniques.
• Strategic mindset with ability to translate insights into growth strategies.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills for senior audiences.
• Strong analytical mindset and capability to handle large datasets.
• High commercial savviness with senior leaders.
• Proven leadership experience including mentoring and developing team members.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead long-term consumer and category growth agendas with a multi-year learning plan.
• Drive a consumer-centric culture across the organization.
• Translate insights into strategies delivering growth, LTV, profitability and market share gains.
• Lead consumer and shopper research activities to unlock commercial opportunities.
• Lead the creation of insight-driven creative briefs reflecting brand personality.
• Deploy insight programs to validate communications and innovations.
• Foster rapid, agile innovation based on consumer understanding.
• Develop capability to drive market intelligence from latest trends and tech.
• Partner across functions/geographies to amplify North American consumer voice.
• Mentor and develop 2 direct reports and nurture learning and innovation.
