Hitachi Rail STS USA, INC. in Pittsburgh, PA, seeks a Head of Construction Management for North America to lead all regional construction activities, delivering complex infrastructure projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

The role requires 15+ years in construction management with at least 5 in leadership, a PE license or PMP/CCM preferred, strong negotiation and stakeholder skills, and willingness to travel across North America.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in construction management with senior leadership experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale industrial/infrastructure projects in North America.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement construction management strategies aligned with global and regional objectives.
• Lead a team of construction professionals across North America ensuring safety, quality and collaboration.
• Oversee all project phases from planning to closeout with strict schedule and budget adherence.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams and resolve complex construction challenges.
• Present performance and strategic reports to senior leadership.
