The role focuses on strategic guidance to agencies, risk-based training, and ensuring compliance with laws such as AKS and Stark while supporting global investigations. Remote work is possible for the right candidate with quarterly travel to HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• J.D., advanced degree, or professional certification preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in Legal, Compliance, Risk, or Internal Audit.
• Preferred experience in healthcare, life sciences, or biotech industries.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic insight and guidance to all North American agencies and for the overall field compliance program.
• Manages all aspects of the North America field compliance program; supports the management of the North America Compliance team and all elements of the North America compliance program.
• Drafts, implements, and maintains compliance policies, procedures and other guidance documents.
• Assists the business in system implementation, sharing of best practices, and in the development of tools to support responsible business practices.
• Up to 60% travel may be required.
