Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. in Naples, FL, is seeking a Compliance Manager—North America to provide strategic guidance to North American agencies, regional Sales Directors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring conduct aligns with laws such as the Anti-Kickback Statute, industry codes, and Arthrex policies.

The role leads all aspects of the agency field compliance program, develops and implements training, manages risk assessments, audits, investigations, and drives continuous improvement across the North

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in Legal, Compliance, Risk, or Internal Audit.
• Preferred experience in healthcare, life sciences, or biotech industries.
• JD, advanced degree, or professional certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic guidance to all North American agencies and for the overall field compliance program.
• Manages all aspects of the North America field compliance program; supports the management of the North America Compliance team and all elements of the North America compliance program.
• Understands business strategy and designs and implements pragmatic controls to manage compliance risk.
• Drafts, implements, and maintains compliance policies, procedures and other guidance documents.
• Assists the business in system implementation, sharing of best practices, and in the development of tools to support responsible business practices.
• Leads other Compliance department projects and initiatives, as assigned.
