Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced partnerships leader to own and scale strategic relationships with cloud hyperscalers and SI partners. This remote-first role focuses on co-sell, marketplace programs, and joint GTM motions to embed ElevenLabs in partner networks and drive revenue across North America.

You will design co-sell frameworks, manage pipeline with hyperscaler field teams, and negotiate agreements with SIs to deliver enterprise AI voice solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology partnerships, alliances, or GTM roles within SaaS or cloud
• Hands-on experience with hyperscaler co-sell programmes and marketplace operations
• Working knowledge of the SI ecosystem and partner practices
• Builder mindset: creating co-sell and SI motions from 0→1
• Comfortable with technical, API-driven products and solution architectures
• Experience building enablement, certification or reference architectures

Responsibilities

• Design co-sell and SI GTM frameworks for hyperscaler and SI partnerships
• Drive pipeline with hyperscaler field teams and SI partners
• Negotiate referral, resell and joint-offering agreements with systems integrators
• Own revenue and pipeline outcomes from partner relationships
• Coordinate with partner field teams to activate marketplace and private offer motions
