Job summary

Gordon Food Service in the United States is offering a 12-week paid internship in its Home Office. Interns will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to various aspects of our industry, working with the Category Insights team across North America and Canada.

You will build Excel proficiency, learn internal data systems, create data visualizations, and develop presentations that tell the data story. This program emphasizes collaboration, networking, and real-world impact.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Business.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher.

Responsibilities

• Support the Category Insights team with data-driven projects and analyses.
• Assist in building data visualizations and presentations that tell the data story.
• Collaborate with interns and professionals across North America and Canada.

Build a Career

In the Category Insights department by:

• Learning internal and syndicated data systems.
• Building excel proficiency.
• Participating in organizational and team dynamics.
• Interacting across categories and functions.
• Pursuing ad hoc project(s) to explore category opportunities.
• Creating data visualization of insights and observations.
• Developing presentation deck(s) to share "the data story".
