Trustmark is seeking a myTeller Center Teller to process routine transactions, balance cash boxes, and deliver professional customer service. The role emphasizes accurate monetary handling and promoting banking products to meet customer needs.

Workers may need to cover flexible shifts to support extended hours. Candidates should have a High School diploma and related experience or pursuing college studies, with strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Qualificações

• High School diploma required.
• 12 months face to face customer service experience and 6 months cash balancing responsibilities OR college degree completed or currently pursued.
• Basic knowledge of math concepts to solve problems.
• Basic computer knowledge to enter, access, or retrieve data.
• Knowledge of Trustmark’s Teller and Branch Policy and Procedures.
• Ability to communicate information and ideas both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work a schedule that may include some holidays and Saturdays.
• Provides outstanding customer service and information that meets the customer’s needs.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
• Displays selling skills and understands customer needs and wants.
• Ability to multi-task by operating several computer programs at one time.
• Ability to navigate through basic computer systems (Windows, email, etc.).
• Ability to stand as needed.
• Complete and successfully pass required skills test.
• Ability to display a professional appearance.
• Some college preferred

Responsabilidades

• Process myTeller transactions accurately, including cashing checks and deposits.
• Balance cash box daily with accuracy and investigate outages.
• Provide courteous, professional service and answer customer questions.
• Identify customer needs and offer banking solutions and referrals.
• Support achievement of myTeller Center and company goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
