Job summary

Trustmark’s myTeller Center Tellers act as the Bank’s personal representative with its customers by building strong relationships between the customer and the Bank. They enhance the customer’s experience by providing exceptional, professional, and consistent service using the myTeller system.

The position supports extended hours with flexible shifts, promotes Trustmark’s products, and requires professional conduct and judgment in handling transactions and inquiries.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Face-to-face customer service experience or college enrollment preferred.
• Basic math concepts and data entry skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Ability to work a schedule including some holidays and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Process myTeller transactions accurately, including cashing checks, deposits, and payments.
• Safeguard assets and balance cash box with high accuracy daily.
• Provide professional, courteous service and guide customers to appropriate staff.
• Identify customer needs and promote banking products and services.
• Contribute to center and company goals and perform additional duties as needed.
