Job summary

Mystery Customer Evaluations is seeking individuals to evaluate the service skills of staff in retail shops. You’ll visit stores, observe interactions, and report on the quality of service.

This role is on a self-employed basis, you’ll be paid a wage equivalent to the National Minimum Wage, with visit fees detailed on our Job Board. You’ll pay your own taxes and National Insurance contributions.

The fees we pay for our assignments vary depending upon the complexity of the task and therefore you’ll achieve a wage equivalent to the National Minimum Wage. Each of the visit fees are detailed on our Job Board. You will be working on a self-employed basis, so you will be responsible for paying your own National Insurance contributions and Tax.
