Mystery Customer Evaluations seeks individuals to evaluate service skills of staff in retail shops. You will visit stores and report on accuracy of service, cleanliness, and helpfulness.

You will be paid a wage equivalent to the National Minimum Wage for each assignment; you work as a self-employed contractor and are responsible for taxes and NI.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accurate observation are essential.
• Clear, concise reporting of shop interactions is required.
• Reliability and timely completion of tasks are expected.
• Ability to follow instructions and stay objective in assessments.
• Strong time management for completing visits and reports.

The fees we pay for our assignments vary depending upon the complexity of the task and therefore you’ll achieve a wage equivalent to the National Minimum Wage. Each of the visit fees are detailed on our Job Board. You will be working on a self-employed basis, so you will be responsible for paying your own National Insurance contributions and Tax.
