Job Overview

We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Custody Asset Servicing Representative (Hybrid) (Internal Job Title: Asset Servicing Rep - C05) based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing reconciling and processing positions related to Corporate Action events, including revisions of communications, notifications, and facilitating postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events. You will work under limited supervision, supporting an expansive array of products/services, executing moderate to complex transactions, and providing support to most operational processes as needed. Your duties also include monitoring errors to adhere to audit and control policies, understanding procedures and controls required for custody accounts, participating in compliance activities, contributing to UAT implementation and training, and assisting with special reports and projects.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and process positions related to Corporate Action events.
• Revise communications, notifications, and facilitate postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events.

• Execute moderate to complex transactions.
• Provide support to most operational processes as needed.
