Job summary

Citi in Malaysia is hiring an Asset Servicing Senior Analyst to support Corporate Action and Proxy processing within the Operations - Transaction Services group. You will develop understanding of investment instruments and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate processing and timely client communications.

You will apply analytical skills to identify data gaps, reconcile discrepancies, and participate in testing and implementations, while upholding risk controls and Citi's

Qualifications

• 2-5 years relevant experience in asset servicing or related field.
• Knowledge of equity, fixed income and asset-backed securities is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to work in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage reconciling and processing positions related to Corporate Action events.
• Review Corporate Action/Proxy events and ensure processing requirements are met.
• Collaborate with units affecting clients on Corporate Action items.
• Proactively reconcile instructions vs eligible holders and assist client votes.
• Identify gaps and participate in testing and implementations.
