Job summary

Southern Exposure Sunrooms is seeking a driven Sales Representative to expand our Myrtle Beach, SC market. You will guide homeowners through designing their ideal sunroom or outdoor living space, from initial consultation through the sale, and grow our local presence.

You’ll collaborate with marketing and operations, manage leads, present customized proposals, and represent the company with integrity and high standards. Previous home improvement or consultative sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills are required.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, particularly in home improvement, construction, or other consultative sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to understand customer needs, goals, and budgets.
• Recommend sunroom solutions that align with the homeowner’s vision and guide them through the decision process.
• Prepare and present customized proposals and explain product options.
• Manage inbound leads, follow up, and build relationships that convert opportunities into sales.
• Represent Southern Exposure Sunrooms with professionalism and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
