Job summary

Champion Window and Home Exteriors is seeking an experienced in-home Sunroom Sales Representative to join our successful team. Leads provided and paid training accompany a role focused on in-home presentations, identifying customer needs, and closing sales.

This W-2 position offers daily coaching, a robust benefits package, and the potential to earn six figures with pre-qualified appointments and abundant training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven success in consultative or in-home sales, preferably with high-ticket products or services.
• Strong closing and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust and overcome objections.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer availability.
• Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and providing customized solutions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments and follow-up activities.
• Proficient with CRM systems, mobile technology, and basic math / computer applications.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Ability to accurately measure, assess customer needs, and explain product features, financing options, and installation processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or sales certifications are a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers
• Identify customer needs / wants and utilize Champion’s proven sales presentation.
• Negotiate and close the sale
• Opportunities for daily sales / training meetings and coaching sessions
