Responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution.
• Conduct client interviews and case evaluations.
• Perform legal research and draft pleadings, motions and discovery requests.
• Prepare settlement demands and negotiate with insurance carriers.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel and medical providers.
• Attend hearings, depositions and mediations; assist trial preparation and court advocacy.
• Review medical records to assess liability and damages; maintain case files and deadlines.
