This position involves configuring, rolling out, and supporting Epic applications. Key responsibilities include business and systems analysis, requirements documentation, system design, and resolving issues by communicating with end-users to understand their needs and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, implement, and support Epic software solutions.
• Analyze system requirements, document workflows, evaluate user experience, and maintain system environments.
• Configure Epic environments to meet user needs, troubleshoot issues, and implement new functionalities and technologies.
• Manage small to medium projects independently, providing updates to stakeholders.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve routine to moderately complex problems, documenting solutions accordingly.

Requirements

Experience: At least 3 years of systems administration experience within Epic modules; healthcare experience preferred.

Skills: System analysis, configuration, testing, customer service, critical thinking, communication, organizational skills, project management knowledge.

Education: Associates degree required; Bachelor’s preferred or 2 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.

Certifications: Epic Application Certification within 6 months of hire.

Additional Details

Travel: 0-25%. Position can be remote or office-based. Physical demands include occasional lifting up to 25 pounds. The role adheres to ethical, legal, and confidentiality standards, including HIPAA compliance.

Salary Range: $57,700 - $107,800, based on experience and location.
