China Lake Golf Course in Monterey, CA seeks a detail-driven staff member to manage guest security, inventory, and supplies in a facility operations role. You will interact with guests, provide information about local attractions, and ensure a welcoming experience while handling requests with professionalism.

The position covers FF&E inventory, purchasing requests, storeroom accuracy, item receipt, and issuing supplies to staff, with additional duties as assigned.

• Ensure security of all guests at all times and maintain guest privacy.
• Provide a welcoming manner and positive attitude; communicate effectively with guests and answer questions about hotel facilities.
• Assist with handling customer complaints, involving management as necessary.
• Inventory FF&E and other amenities in support of the operation.
• Prepare purchase request forms/documents and place orders for APF/NAF purchases.
• Maintain storeroom with 98% inventory accuracy and update stock records.
• Receive items and forward documentation of receipt to the NAF Business Office.
• Issue supplies and amenities to authorized staff.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Must possess a welcoming manner and positive attitude; demonstrate effective communication skills; professionally interact with guests; answering guest questions concerning hotel facilities; and provide information about local attractions. Provide assistance in handling customer complaints, involving management as necessary.
• The incumbent is responsible for inventory supplies, furniture, fixture and equipment (FF&E) and other amenities in support of the operation.
• Prepare purchase request forms/documents for approval and place orders for APF/NAF purchases, where appropriate.
• Maintains assigned storeroom and is required to maintain a minimum of 98% inventory accuracy. Documents stock record cards and update them for receipts and issues.
• Receives items and forwards documentation of receipt to the NAF Business Office.
• Issues supplies and amenities to authorized staff members.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
