Job summary

Fleet and Family Support Center Lemoore is seeking a Facility and Maintenance Manager to oversee MWR fitness, sports, and aquatics facilities and related maintenance operations at NAS Lemoore. You will coordinate maintenance, renovations, budgeting, and project planning, while ensuring safety and compliance with applicable regulations.

The role includes supervising a team, reviewing drawings, and acting as a liaison with base and CNIC headquarters on construction matters.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing fitness facilities and maintenance operations.
• Familiar with CNIC/OPNAV safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to supervise a team of staff and conduct performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and janitorial services of MWR fitness facilities.
• Manage facility renovations, projects, budgeting and contract processes.
• Review drawings and blueprints for facility upgrades and improvements.
• Supervise staff and ensure training and discipline as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA requirements.
