Job summary

Navylifesw is seeking a Facility and Maintenance Manager to oversee Morale, Welfare and Recreation fitness, sports, and aquatic facilities and related operations at NAS Lemoore.

The role requires independent management of facility operations, supervisory duties, and the preparation of clear, technically sound reports, with strong communication and training delivery skills within CNIC standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising fitness, sports, or aquatics facilities.
• Knowledge of facility operations and building trades.
• Understanding of safety, occupational health and environmental regulations.
• Familiarity with government procurement procedures and small-scale budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Perform the full range of supervisory duties.
• Independently manage fitness facility operations and related administrative tasks.
• Prepare clear, concise, and technically sound reports.
