Job summary

The Campaign Finance Board is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager/MWBE Officer to oversee programs that promote MWBE participation in public contracting and procurement opportunities. You will ensure regulatory compliance and build partnerships with MWBEs, vendors, and community organizations.

Reporting to the Deputy Chief Contracting Officer, you will lead MWBE initiatives, prepare reports, train staff, and supervise related procurement activities to advance DEI goals within NYC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with one year of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of MWBE programs and NYC procurement standards.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage MWBE programs to increase participation.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal MWBE regulations.
• Build relationships with MWBE vendors and community organizations.
• Lead procurement and contract management activities and vendor evaluations.
• Prepare regular MWBE participation reports for leadership.
• Provide education and training on MWBE requirements.
