Job summary

The Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder’s Office is seeking a Motor Vehicle Supervisor to lead the Bureau’s operations, ensuring efficient auto-title processing and high-level customer service. The role requires mentoring staff, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with state statutes.

This on-site position in Golden offers a 4-day workweek (Mon-Thu, 7:15AM–5:45PM), a starting salary of $32–$35/hr, and a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in auto titling and registration (minimum).
• High School Diploma or equivalent. Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Motor Vehicle Office to ensure efficient service.
• Lead and mentor staff; recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate performance.
• Manage purchasing, vendor selection, and cost controls for the office.
• Ensure compliance with Colorado statutes and DRIVES system usage.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues.
