Ethos Distributed Solutions, Inc seeks an experienced MV Electrical Inspector / Owner’s Representative to support construction and commissioning of utility-scale wind farm projects in the United States. Represent the Owner in the field, ensuring medium-voltage electrical work meets project specs and codes.

The role covers coordination with EPC contractors, QA/QC, and commissioning teams, with emphasis on safety, reporting, and turnover documentation. Field-based with potential travel to sites.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of MV electrical construction inspection or field supervision.
• Experience with utility-scale wind, solar, renewable energy, or utility infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read single-line diagrams, electrical schematics, cable schedules, and drawings.

Responsabilités

• Perform field inspections of MV electrical construction activities including underground collector systems and MV cable installations.
• Verify compliance with IFC drawings, technical specs, electrical codes and standards, and project quality requirements.
• Monitor contractor workmanship and witness installation tests and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, civil and turbine teams, QA/QC personnel, OEM representatives, commissioning teams, and project management.
• Prepare daily inspection reports and progress updates.
• Promote safe work practices and enforce LOTO; participate in safety meetings and site audits.
