Job summary

Nox Group in the United States seeks a General Superintendent to lead medium voltage electrical construction projects, from planning through energization. You will manage multiple crews, uphold high safety standards per NFPA 70E, and coordinate with utilities, commissioning agents, and clients to deliver on schedule.

Mentor field leaders, develop comprehensive project plans, and ensure QA/QC alignment with safety and quality objectives across the program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years delivering MV electrical construction projects.
• Proven ability to lead multiple crews and large field teams.
• Strong safety leadership and a zero-incident culture.
• Experience reading one-line diagrams and protection schemes.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of medium voltage electrical systems from planning to energization.
• Ensure safety compliance per NFPA 70E and LOTO procedures.
• Coordinate with utilities, commissioning agents, and clients to bring MV systems online safely and on schedule.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and labor projections.
• Mentor Project Superintendents and Foremen for leadership growth.
• Align QA/QC with project requirements and safety plans.
