Job summary

Nox Group is seeking a Medium Voltage General Superintendent to oversee MV electrical construction projects in the Southwest, including commercial, industrial, and mission-critical facilities. You will lead multi‑crews, coordinate safety plans, and ensure on-time execution while upholding quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading MV electrical construction projects (5kV–35kV).
• Ability to supervise multiple crews and large field teams.
• Strong knowledge of MV distribution systems and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Leads execution of MV electrical systems including planning, installation, testing and energization.
• Oversee high-risk switching activities and energization plans per NFPA 70E and LOTO.
• Coordinates with utilities, commissioning agents and clients to bring MV systems online safely and on schedule.
• Manages multiple complex projects with accountability for safety, quality, and profitability.
• Ensures site safety plans align with project requirements and QA/QC processes.
• Mentors Project Supervisors and Foremen for future leadership roles.
