Qualifications
- ABET-accredited B.S. in Electrical Engineering required.
- Registered Professional Engineer in Virginia or reciprocity within 3 months.
- Experience with medium and low voltage distribution systems.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with ETAP/SKM.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute medium voltage system design projects from concept to completion.
- Perform feasibility studies, load flow analysis, short circuit analysis, and voltage drop calculations.
- Develop detailed designs and specify equipment such as transformers, switchgear, cables, and protective devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MV systems within larger projects.
