Job summary

Kay and Associates, Inc. seeks an Aircraft Mechanic II for MV-22 Flight Line. You will diagnose, repair, and perform moderate-to-technical maintenance on aircraft systems, while leading teams on complex tasks and interpreting technical manuals to restore readiness.

Two+ years MV-22B maintenance experience is required; CDI qualification must be achievable within 90 days. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k, PTO, and holidays. On-site US-based position with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Two or more years MV-22B maintenance experience.
• Able to obtain Collateral Duty Inspector (CDI) qualification within 90 days.
• Willing to work shift maintenance and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnosis, repairs, and preventive maintenance on MV-22 aircraft.
• Lead teams on complex maintenance tasks and coordinate with supervisors.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with manuals and directives.
