Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to obtain a gaming license.
• Proficient in English verbal and written communication.
• Some experience in cashiering or cash handling is preferred.
• Able to work flexible to various shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sell and cash tickets and keep cash boxes balanced.
• Issue vouchers for self-service machines and assist guests with bets.
• Provide customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints.
• Maintain knowledge of casino events and promotions and assist as needed.
• Keep work area clean and discharge duties in a responsible, confidential manner.
• Adhere to regulatory and company policies; respond to supervisory alerts as needed.
• Possess ability to work a flexible schedule and stand/walk for extended periods.
