Job summary

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain background check and licensing as required.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule; evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to sit, walk, or stand for an eight-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist Cage and Sports Book Manager in all phases of Mutuel Operations.
• Supervise and train new team members.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory controls and company policies.
• Assist with currency handling and ticket processing.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage self-serve wagering equipment.
• Communicate daily with the Patron Services Department.
• Promote outstanding customer relations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
