Job summary

Transamerica in Denver is seeking a Sales Desk Assistant to support internal sales and external partners while learning retirement solutions. The role offers licensing support for SIE, Series 6, Series 63, and Life Insurance, helping you grow into client-facing duties and advisory relationships.

You will work with internal/external wholesalers, manage sales materials, and assist with order entry and paperwork for approved advisers in a hybrid office setting.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED equivalent.
• Willing to obtain SIE, Series 7/63 within 6 months of hire.
• Previous experience in financial services industry preferred.
• Computer software knowledge (MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides fulfillment support for marketing materials, trinkets, sales supplies, and mailing campaigns.
• Provides Pre/Post-Sale business resolution and follow-up with the wholesalers team.
• Facilitates Pre-sale licensing, agent appointment approvals, NAIC Suitability training.
• Maintains timely divisional/channel sales and activity reporting.
