Job summary

Transamerica is seeking a Sales Desk Assistant to support our internal sales team and external partners, gaining hands-on experience in workplace retirement solutions. The role offers licensing support for SIE, Series 6, Series 63, and Life Insurance, enabling you to grow into client-facing and consultative responsibilities.

You will work in a hybrid office environment, collaborating with Cedar Rapids home-office and Wholesale teams, and chance to advance within the organization with mentoring

Qualifications

• High School education or GED equivalent required.
• Willing to obtain SIE, Series 7/63 Licenses within 6 months of hire.
• Resourceful and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Support Transamerica financial partners with internal and external wholesalers and sales teams.
• Assist in fulfillment of marketing materials, trinkets, sales supplies, and mailing campaigns.
• Provide pre/post-sale business resolution and follow-up with wholesaling team.
• Handle pre-sale licensing and agent appointment approvals; NAIC suitability training.
