Qualifications

• J.D. and active bar membership required.
• 8+ years of legal experience in investment management and private funds.
• In-depth knowledge of the Investment Advisers Act and related frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Advise on formation and management of private investment funds and vehicles.
• Support institutional client relationships and investment management agreements.
• Draft and negotiate agreements with service providers and counterparties.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, operations and investment teams on risk.
• Manage outside counsel and oversee complex transactional projects.
