Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, tax, accounting, finance, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience with taxation and administration of mutual funds.
• Equivalent education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimated year-end income and capital gain distributions.
• Prepare Subchapter M and Excise tax provision work papers.
• Determine fund tax status and identify book vs tax differences.
• Gathers information for IRS/auditor requests and regulatory filings.
